Sacred Valley, Peru | 12 – 19 Oct 2026
An ancient call answered. Journey with Darpan and friends into the living heart of the mountains.
Arin, Sacred Valley, Peru · 8 Days / 7 Nights
The Philosophy
Andes Awakening is an 8-day immersion into the living heart of the Andes — led by highly experienced medicine man, Darpan, with Qero wisdom keepers, multi-talented allies, and the intelligence of the plant medicines themselves. We gather as a sacred constellation in a magnetic planetary portal to weave together our highest timeline for humanity and mother Gaia.
The Four Pillars
Each dimension of this retreat is a doorway into ancient knowing.
01
Ceremony held in sacred reverence. A direct encounter with the intelligence of plant wisdom, held by experienced maestro and support team. Authentic, safe, and profound.
02
Walk the land that holds the memory of ancient civilizations. Visit power places where the veil between worlds grows thin and stone speaks to those who listen.
03
Receive transmissions directly from the Qero — the last direct descendants of the Inca. Their cosmology of living energy, reciprocity, and harmony with Pachamama is your compass.
04
Every ceremony is met with skilled holding before, during, and after. Daily integration circles, breathwork, movement, and one-on-one support ensure what arises is alchemized into lasting change.
~ And we share a ton of fun and creative expression ~

DarPan is a musician, healer, and counsellor. He travels extensively around the world delivering concerts, sound healing seminars, and shamanic retreats. He is an inspirational speaker who has a natural flair for embellishing talks with stories, anecdotes, and rich personal experience.
Born in the Netherlands, DarPan was raised in South Australia, where he graduated with first-class honors at Flinders University in Psychology and the Dramatic Arts. He spent his early years working as a professional actor in theatre, TV, and film, and was the founder/singer/songwriter for the seminal rock band Die Laughing in the 80s.
He studied Shaolin Martial Arts and Taoist Spiritual Tai Chi under Dr. Tennyson Yiu in Sydney and went on to spend several years in Pune, India, studying the art of Tantra and Meditation at Osho Commune International. Further studies include Transpersonal Psychology and the teachings of Dr. Stanislav Grof. He is deeply influenced by Buddhist, Advaita, and Taoist philosophy.
In the late nineties, he met author, raconteur, and ethnobotanist Terence McKenna, who introduced him to Ayahuasca. In the years that followed, he lived and worked with various shamans and curanderos in South America, notably Yatra Silveira de Barbosa (Brasil), Don Jose Campos (Peru), and Don Casimiro Mamallacta (Ecuador).
He is renowned throughout Europe and Australia as an accomplished teacher, musician, and healer, and for pioneering the ceremonial use of Ayahuasca in the West.
